• Deposits made in error, or deposits linked to fraudulent payment instruments, will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated at the time the bonus is activated. Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fb7 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of gameplay, whether such damages arise in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

fb7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your fb7 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fb7 does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on fb7 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity and withdrawing them as apparently clean proceeds.
• Using or attempting to use any software vulnerability, glitch, or error in a game or the platform to gain an unfair advantage, including artificially inflating balances or triggering unintended bonus payouts.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another person, or operating an account on behalf of a third party.
